"I have been insured by State Farm in Canal Winchester for 48 years. State Farm recently inspected ( I use that term lightly) my house and determined I need a new roof (which is not true). A couple weeks ago , I went to Zach Bradley's office to have them explain this determination. His co-worker pulled my policy up and couldn't find the inspectors pics. She went to the office next door (Zach's) and she communicated to me that they would have State Farm come out for a more thorough inspection. At no time on this day did Zach interact with me and he had multiple opportunities. Today, I re-visited Zach Bradley's State Farm Canal Winchester office since I have had no communication since my last visit. No inspection of my house had been scheduled. At that time, I let Zachs agent know that I would be canceling my auto and home insurance with them (after 48 years)and be looking elsewhere for my insurance needs. It took his employ approximately 20 seconds to complete the cancellation. No asking me to stay, no how can we make this better, no would you like to talk to Zack and not even a thank you for all your years of service...and again...no interaction with Zach who was sitting in the office next door. Sad! Roger White's customer service was impeccable."
